Returns and Refunds

To cancel your online order, email powerdowieproducts@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to send them back. Please include your order number.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage. We recommend a tracked service and secure packaging. You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. We may deduct an amount for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Original packaging is helpful but does not determine your statutory cancellation rights.

We will refund your original payment method without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the goods back or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. Your payment provider may take additional time to display the credit.

If you cancel your complete order, we will also refund the standard outbound delivery charge. Any additional premium delivery charge is not refundable.

If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, email us so we can arrange an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return postage where required. The change-of-mind deadline does not limit your rights for faulty goods.

Sale items have the same statutory rights as full-price items. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
