These terms apply to use of our online store and purchases made through it. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

  1. PRODUCTS

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, photographs, prices and availability. Colours may appear slightly differently depending on your screen.

Products are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any payment for goods we cannot supply.

  1. PRICES AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in GBP and include applicable taxes. Delivery charges and the total payable are shown at checkout before you complete payment.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout. Please provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details and use only payment methods you are authorised to use.

Promotional prices and discounts apply subject to any conditions clearly stated with the offer.

  1. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

UK delivery costs £6.99 per order.

Orders are dispatched from our UK fulfilment warehouse through Prep365 on the next working day after the order is placed. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 aims to deliver on the next working day after dispatch. This is an aim, not a guaranteed delivery date. Tracking information is provided after dispatch.

Please contact us if your order is delayed, lost or damaged. Goods remain our responsibility until you, or a person you nominate to receive them, take physical possession, except where the law provides otherwise.

  1. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

You may cancel your online order without giving a reason by emailing us within 14 days of receiving your goods. You then have a further 14 days to return them.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the return postage. Your statutory rights for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods are unaffected.

  1. FAULTY OR INCORRECT GOODS

If goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, contact us with your order details. We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Sale items have the same statutory consumer rights as full-price items.

  1. ACCOUNTS AND ACCEPTABLE USE

Keep any account login details secure and notify us if you suspect unauthorised use.

You must not use the store for unlawful activity, fraud, harassment, infringement of intellectual property rights or interference with the store’s security or operation.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Website content, branding and product materials belong to us or their respective owners and licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of intellectual property to you.

The store may contain links to third-party websites or services. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them. Nothing in this section removes our responsibilities for purchases made from us.

  1. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Power Dowie Products is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with Power Dowie Products. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and Power Dowie Products, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with Power Dowie Products.

Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

  1. LIABILITY AND GOVERNING LAW

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

These terms are governed by Scots law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings that apply where you live.

Changes to these terms will be published on this page. Changes will not retrospectively remove rights relating to orders already placed.
